The authorized request is converted into a technical work order with location, scope, planned materials, priority and assigned team. Scheduling makes the next action visible, while the shared record gives field staff the context they need before traveling to the site.

06 · ActivationTest, map and activate the service.
Before closure, the crew checks the connection for leakage and confirms the meter and service details. The installed location and asset information are captured, the work order is completed and the customer account is moved into active service and the appropriate billing cycle.
